Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A separate shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your package has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 4–6 business days across the United States.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to courier-related delays outside of our control.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $250.

Shipping rates for orders below this amount are calculated at checkout.

Ka’Lani Beauty Bar is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the courier, Ka’Lani Beauty Bar is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
